AIM AND RELEASE IN AN ARCHERY GAME

Pull back from the bow and release an arrow toward a ten-ring target. A dotted guide accounts for the crosswind, which begins calmly and grows later in the round; the wind is always visible on the HUD.

The target relocates and shrinks as the player advances through eight ends of three arrows each. A bullseye earns a bonus, so careful aim matters more than firing quickly.

WHAT THIS EXAMPLE SHOWS

Pull back from the bow and release an arrow toward a ten-ring target. Use the sample to name the audience, the main action, and the smallest useful first version. Cleo HQ then helps turn your own brief into a product plan and a working build.

QUESTIONS FOUNDERS ASK

How does wind affect an arrow?

The wind begins calm, then crosswind builds in as the round progresses. A dotted trajectory preview accounts for that wind before the arrow is released, while the HUD keeps its direction visible. Players can use the guide to compensate instead of guessing at the shot.

How many arrows are in an archery round?

A full round has eight ends, with three arrows in each end. The target moves and becomes smaller as the player advances, and points depend on where an arrow lands within the ten scoring rings. A bullseye gives an extra bonus.

What does the high-score table track?

The sample keeps a best score and a top-ten leaderboard, giving players a record beyond one successful end. The changing target and wind create a fresh aiming problem from shot to shot. A founder could adapt the same structure for darts, target practice, or another precision game.
