SPORTS TEAM ROSTER FOR TENNIS AND SOCCER

Give every family one clear place to check the next round. Managers set the squad, fixtures and playing format; invited parents mark their own children unavailable. Draft selections balance the available players before a manager reviews and publishes them.

Tennis supports four players sharing singles and doubles or a wider squad sharing the places. Soccer supports field players, substitutes and rotating goalkeeper duty. Keep actual participation separate from plans, block holidays or rainouts, and change the format during the season while preserving past records.

QUESTIONS FOUNDERS ASK

Can parents change the team roster?

Parents can mark unavailable dates for children linked to their account through a private invitation. Managers control the squad, selections and publication. A late availability change highlights an affected published roster for manager review rather than quietly replacing the team.

Can the playing format change during a season?

Yes. Set a new format to begin from a chosen date. Completed records remain intact, published rounds keep their saved format, and future draft rosters use the new rules. Match totals carry forward so rotation still considers earlier participation. You can review the next draft before sharing the revised plan with families.

Does every player get exactly the same number of matches?

The planner aims for the closest feasible balance among eligible, available players. Absences, squad changes, season length and manual selections can make exact equality impossible. Separate singles, doubles, minutes and goalkeeper totals show what was actually recorded. Managers can inspect the totals before approving the next round and explain any unavoidable difference.
