Invite Collaborators
Creating a team
Open Settings from the avatar menu and go to the Team tab. Click Create Team, give your team a name, and you are set. You automatically become the team owner.
Inviting members
From the Team tab, enter the email address of the person you want to invite and choose a role (Member or Admin). An invitation email is sent with a unique link. Invitations expire after 7 days. You can send up to 10 invitations per hour.
Roles
- Owner — Full control over the team, billing, and all projects. Can invite and remove any member. Each team has exactly one owner.
- Admin — Can invite and remove members, and access all shared projects. Cannot change billing or delete the team.
- Member — Can access shared projects and collaborate with workers. Cannot manage team membership.
Accepting an invite
Click the link in the invitation email. If you already have a Cleo HQ account, log in and you will be added to the team automatically. If you are new, create an account first, then click the invite link again to join.
Leaving a team
Go to Settings > Team and click Leave Team. If you are the owner, you must transfer ownership to another member before you can leave.
